Mode of Delivery

All software products and services purchased from Digitalks Techno LLP are delivered electronically. Upon successful transaction, customers will receive:

• A confirmation email with license keys, access credentials, or download links.
• Access to the software through a secure web portal or cloud-based dashboard.

Delivery Timeline

• Instant Activation: Most of our SaaS subscriptions are activated instantly upon successful payment.
• Manual Processing (if applicable): Some services may require manual configuration or onboarding. In such cases, the setup is completed within 24 to 48 working hours.

If you do not receive access details or emails within the expected time, please check your spam/junk folder first. If still not received:

No Physical Shipping

Since all our offerings are digital, there is no physical delivery involved. No shipping charges are applicable.
